Interesting. You say it is a motivational letter, but I am not highly motivated to do much with it.
Do you get you get no help at all by reading the other posts in this section?
I really don't understand the part about your employee. Did you mean employer?
You used three different sized fonts and carelessly ran words together.
My guess is that you posted this three or four places in an effort to get free help. Am I right?
