There's no need to apologise. You can use it as a good basis to practise the use of the gender-neutral "they/them/their". Your post #6 would read "Moderator emsr2d2 will delete a "Thank you" reply. They did that already".
You're right, though, that I do summarily delete posts that just say "Thank you". The problem (for us) is that they appear on the home page as new post so we take the time to click through, only to find that it's not a follow-up question, or a new language-based response, just a "Thank you".
One solution is for you to create a signature line that reads something like "Unfortunately, I am unable to access/use the "Thank" and "Like" buttons".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
