    The blue part sounds strange to me. Is the part correct? I'd say:

    ... he said all had been sent to clear snow.

    What do you think?

    The sentence is garbled. It's not possible to guess what was intended.

    Kadio, I looked at the link, and it's full of mistakes. It's not a reliable site for studying English.

    The sentence you asked about is the worst. Goes is right, it makes no sense.
    I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
