Hi All,

Appreciate your help regarding the below paragraph:

"Takes and transform the current traditiona/legacy stable infrastructure-centric business model to Digitalized business model was in the forefront of our priorities targeting in that the whole customer journey and business. In parallel with that we considered digital modernisation for example digitalize the personnel system.

As a digital team our mandat are to drive advanced digital capabilities into a business to enhance customer experiences and to accelerate progress toward digital maturit

In nutshell I will precise the journey of digital transformation:

1- Providing customers with enhanced omni-channels customer experience via chatpots and self care portal.

2- Operational agility by migrating existing applications to the cloud."

Omni-channel?

Who's your audience? Many will find this jargon painful to read- I would not use this language to sell a product.

Omni-channels is an idiom means multiple channels.

The audience is all customers

The audience is all customers.
That makes sense. We don't know who our students' audiences are, so we correct for standard English.

If the people reading this all speak the same jargon fluently, omni-channels is absolutely fine. If some of them don't, write for the those who know the least. The more knowledgeable people will still understand.

It sounds like what you posted isn't a quote. Only use quotation marks when you're quoting someone else. Using them anywhere else is confusing.
