Question: Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Answer:
With the industrial revolution, people’s profession and work culture got a dynamic change. Some people like to spend their whole working life in a single organization, while many take the corporate profession in a more adventurous way. Here both of this views will be discussed and analysed critically from my point of view.
Corporate profession is a very challenging and competitive environment where only smart and dynamic people can thrive successfully. However, working for an organization by an employee depends on many factors. Job satisfaction is one of them. Some people feel that job satisfaction is important than money. When a person finds his or her job satisfaction in an organization, he or she will hardly think about changing the job and tend to spend the rest of the career for the same organization. Sometimes, it comes from the employee’s commitment and responsibility to work for an organization when they take their role as an entrepreneur. This philosophy provides a symbiotic relationship for both the employers and employee and bring positive impact in companies growth. In turn, employers take care of those employee with their needs to make an employee substantially happy. Consequently, an employee feels at home in the organization and hardly think about moving on.

On the contrary, some people are more ambitious and adventurous. They are typically more creative in nature. They don't enjoy working for a same company long time. Rather they feel urgency to prove themselves in new challenges. Albeit, here job satisfaction is one of the major factors. If people don't feel satisfied in the role and organization they are working now, they seek an opportunity to change the organization for better income and comfortable place. Relationship with the boss and colleague often make an employee to decide on moving the place. However, changing an organization has both positive and negative impact for an employee and employer. An employer wants his employee to serve for the organization for a reasonably longer period for the sake of investment made behind an employee. When a person leaves a company, he or she does not leave himself alone, but with the experience and expertness he or she got from this organization. It is a big loss for an organization. On the other hand, if a professional has a history of frequent moving, it makes a negative impression for their career. Though, sometimes an organization wants a specific employee to leave an organization when they find them unimportant. Nevertheless, moving for a new organization creates competition among the employees to be more productive and show creativeness, which is beneficial for the company’s growth.
Summing up, for the corporate culture, both concepts are good and brings positive effect in an organization. If all the employees want to stay in the same organization for a life time, their will be less competition to be productive enough for the companies profit, which ultimately would destroy the companies future. While, changing all the employee of an organization would create instability in running its activity due to lack of expert and experienced people, as every companies have specific strategy. So, to run an organization smoothly, some employee should stay for a longer time, eventually life time to keep the organization’s uniqueness in place that need to uphold the company’s brand

Try:

Some people work for the same organization for their entire working lives. Some people prefer to move around. Which is better?

If the topic was how the culture of work has changed since the onset of the industrial revolution then that first sentence might make sense.

Stay or Go?

Some people seek stability and security. They are more likely to stay with the same company for a long period of time. Others, perhaps more ambitious, might decide it's time to move on if they don't think they are moving up fast enough.

I'm pretty sure the OP can't change the wording of the question for the essay he/she has been set.

As someone who travels the world, I would like to add that there is still a third dimension to this issue.
The thing is, it's also a political-economic question. I think. In some countries, moving to another job is a matter of survival, for example, in Eastern Europe. In central Europe, people keep their place, because everything is calm there in terms of the economy. If a person in France loses his job, the search will take at least half a year. If a person loses his job in Russia, it will take up to a month to find a new one. You know what I mean.
