Understanding spoken English in video

There is a video on YouTube: An Interview with Gilbert Strang on Teaching Linear Algebra. I am trying to understand the first question by Sarah Hansen. I live in Russia and my ears are unaccustomed to the perception of spoken English. Probably someone of native speakers here could type her phrases literally. She starts with the words: Well. You have a lot of followers of your eighteen or ... videos. I'm .... A comment to .... that "this is not luxury, this is art". I have marked with dots the parts of her phrases which I missed to recognize, and the meaning of her first question as a whole eludes me.

1806, pronounced eighteen oh six is the number of the course. "You have a lot of followers of your 1806 video."

"And I'll read this quote to you. A commenter even said: this is not lecture this is art." Lecture, rather than luxury.
