"Work of art/art work" difference

What is the difference between "work of art", "artwork", "form of art" and "art form"?

It's a matter of usage.

The Mona Lisa is a work of art.

The artwork* on display in the House of Lords can only be viewed by a tiny proportion of the taxpayers who paid for it.

* (one word) the paintings, sculptures, frescoes etc

The Mona Lisa is an artwork isn't wrong either, is it? I wanted to start a different thread for "art form" and "form of art" before I started this one, but I was wondering if all of these are synonymous.

Music, literature, etc, can be works of art, but I wouldn't call them artworks.
