My Boss says there are some grammar mistakes, and i can not see them.

Yes. And you spelled history wrong.

We're strongly discouraged from travel and family gatherings outside our existing bubbles. Gatherings of more than ten people are prohibited in some states.

Unfortunately, the recommendations and rules are being widely ignored, so we're sure to have a significant bump in covid-19 cases in a couple of weeks.

I like Charlie's recommendation. Another option is to use an em-dash instead of "and," change "made part of" to "has been part of," and add "during":

We thank all our partners, customers, team members—everybody who has been part of our history during this challenging year!
