    When I got

1)When I got to know about him.

When I came to know about him.

Do these sentences convey same meaning? Can we use interchangeably "got" and "came".

    They are not sentences.

If you complete the sentences we can tell you whether they're interchangeable or not ... probably not.

I read the sentences in the twitter but could not remember the full sentences.

Is there any difference in "came to know" and "got to know"?

Perhaps. It's difficult to say for sure without real context.

    Re: When I got

Well, there's a difference between learning about somebody (perhaps somebody in the news) and getting to know somebody.
