I think you could use either one or three. (I prefer one.)

There are a couple of reasons not to use the second one. One, we don't normally think of hitting someone as a temptation. Two, temptation and anger don't go together.

The rather formal "You are finished" doesn't fit with the informal "you know that?" Use the contraction "You're" at the start.
