Multi-flavored is not natural.
If you're referring to the flavor itself, you can call it complex.
Rover named some dishes with a lot of ingredients. Are you looking for names of specific dishes that have a lot of ingredients? Some less specific types of dishes include:
- casserole (a.k.a. hot dish)
- stew
- salad
- hash
- pasta

I'm not looking for the name of a specific dish. I'm looking for an "adjective" to describe a dish like Jambalaya.
