    1- After the directors have already joined the company, should I expect the next step of the process of interviews will be started soon.

    If they're not in the company yet, they're not directors. Do you mean: After the company has new directors . . . .

    What directors are you talking about?
    I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.

    I meant the newly joined director who will select the new candidates

    The OP has been reminded to use closing punctuation multiple times. It doesn't seem to be sinking in.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
