    Please correct this sentence, thanks.

    When the demand for ready meals is high, apart from the/their? manufacturers, their/the? distributors and retailers also need to hire more workers to perform increased volumes of/an increasing volume? of work.

    It's all grammatical any way you write it.
    I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.
