    Sara opened the window.

    Is this correct and natural?

Sara opened the window. A a cold breeze blew in, bringing with it the sounds of the city: a cacophony of madness. Cars, buses, motorcycles driving in a million different directions, all with the same final destination: nowhere.

    Well, that's definitely not correct.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
