    Every second day

Isn't it wrong to say "every two days" in a sentence like mine? Should I use "every second day" instead?

"The classes/courses are held every two days."

No, they mean the same thing though I think "every second day" is more common.
I am not a teacher or a native speaker.

    Re: Every second day

They both work, as does "every other day".

All of them work only for a course/class that lasts just one day.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Yes, just one day and every second day.
