    Do/don't

Is it possible to use "do" and "don't" in one sentence? Instead of saying "Don't native speakers use short forms?"

"Do native speakers don't use short forms?"

Instead of saying "Don't native speakers use short forms?"

"Do native speakers don't use short forms?" No. Do native speakers not use short forms? Don't native speakers use short forms?
