Come touch this new carpet I have bought.

    Are these correct and natural?

    1. Come touch this new carpet I have bought. It's velvet smooth.

    2. I really like touching her skin. It's velvet smooth. Her hair is velvet smooth too.

    3. He always lies on the couch. He likes it because it's velvet smooth.

    4. I love my bed. The sheets are warm and velvet soft.

In #1, I would use feel not touch.

And since you're creating an adjective from two words, you might like to hyphenate velvet-smooth.
I'm not a teacher. I speak American English. I've tutored writing at the University of Southern Maine and have done a good deal of copy editing and writing, occasionally for publication.

BrE would use "velvety-soft" and "velvety-smooth".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
