Is this correct and natural?

I feel weird about this city. Everything is old in this city. The buildings, the cars, the everything. It's as if this place is completely untouched by time.

I'm specifically concerned about the last sentence.

You don't use the with everything.

The place is stuck in a time warp.
The place has stood still over time.
Time has stood still at the place.

Good suggestion. Is this okay?

In sentence 2, I'd replace "in this city" with a single word. I don't like the proximity of "This city" and "in this city" (sentences 1 and 2). As tedmc already told you, "the everything" doesn't work. The definite article is fine before "buildings" and "cars" but after that, you should use just "everything".

This city makes me feel weird. Everything is old here. The buildings, the cars, everything. It's as if the city is completely untouched by time.

Everything is old in this city: the buildings, the cars, absolutely everything.

I'd still use "here" instead of "in this city", given that "this city" appears just a few words earlier, in sentence 1.

You're right- I was only looking at the sentence, not the text.
