My question is: what is the best way to show my great contribution to the founded project when my name was not officially listed due to some internal policy?

I asked you this yesterday: What do you mean by "founded project"? That doesn't mean anything in English.

Do you mean funded project? Do you mean a project you founded? Do you mean a project that was already founded when you joined it?

Your question isn't a language question. It's asking for career advice.

I don't think we can answer your question. It should have been made clear before you worked on the project that your name would not be attached to it and, therefore, you probably can't take any credit for it. You'll have to ask whoever led (or funded) the project whether you are permitted to talk about your contribution in an external setting.
