Level exam

Hi,

I'm Bier, I'm new to the whole teaching world and I would like to know if usingenglish.com has a test or exam I could have my student take in order to recognize their level? Or must I find this elsewhere?

Thank you in advance

Bier

Re: Level exam

Welcome to the forum.

If you go to the Testing tab, on the top toolbar before the Search box, you'll find quizzes and similar. As far as I'm aware, none of them give an indication of the respondent's level though.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: Level exam

I'm also interested, but only for myself. I recently moved to the USA. And before I passed the test for the level of knowledge only at home. Please advise where you can take such a test.

Re: Level exam

Here are two quick ones. They each involve 25 multiple choice gap-fill questions.

Re: Level exam

Thank! I passed the first one, but I understand that there was no audition. Without this moment, can my level be assessed normally?

Re: Level exam

You can't pass or fail either of the two tests I linked to. They just assess your level. The 'Your Score' page at the end gave you your approximate level.
