hi,:)

I'm sorry but I can not help you. If you want to learn the phrasel verbs with a dictionary or list of phrasel verb than my advice is to give up. It is most easier if you search from the net Free exercises with phrasel verbs. It is more easy to learn them by exercises than learning them by heart from a list!

kind regards,
madox

I did the quiz on the verb "to eat" and honestly I didn't know half of the verbs and tried to guess. And can you imagine, I guessed all of the verbs!!! Wow!! :-D Thatnks for posting the links to the quizzes :)

Thanks a lot:up: But, you had better give us in a pdf form:lol: This is just an idea:lol:

Tdol was too kind to say that your use of 'you had better' could sound a bit threatening, Müjdat. I think you meant 'It would have been better...'.

Examples:

You had better give us the money, or we'll start shooting the hostages.

You had better pay up, or you'll never see your daughter again.
