    Smile Take-Away


    My boss told me "My take-away from reading this section is that......."
    In the sentence, what does "Take-Away" mean? I guess it seems to be "impression" or "my opinion".

    I'd say your interpretation is pretty good. You could also say it's 'what your boss now understands or knows after having read the section.'
