Could you please tell me if sentence 2 or 3 has the [STRIKE]exact[/STRIKE] same meaning as sentence 1?

1. How beautiful she is!
2. She is beautiful.
3. She is very beautiful.

Sentences 2 and 3 are simple statements of fact (or opinion) and they don't mean the same as each other because of the addition of "very". Sentence 1 is an exclamation, not a statement. The underlying thought of the speaker is probably the same in 1 as in 2 but 1 is a much more expressive way of saying it.
