I want to suggest a city's sound has a certain characteristic. Can I say these?

1. Please don't open the window. I don't want to hear the city's angry sounds. Traffic, car horns, arguments...

2. Please don't open the window. I don't want to hear the city's hostile sounds. Traffic, car horns, arguments...

3. Please don't open the window. I don't want to hear the city's aggressive sounds. Traffic, car horns, arguments...

Do you have another suggestion?

The word noise is more pointed than sounds, so I'd use that. A stronger word is racket.

Your adjectives are all fine, but and adjective there isn't very conversational. It would be more natural to just say something like, "I don't want to hear the noise" or "I'm sick of all that noise" or "I'm tired of the racket."
