As per our order, the wood panels supplied to have cut-out design but they supplied a plain panel as per the specification provided. The order and the specification are different. The size and design mismatch between order and specification. The items supplied are correct and correspond to the specification.

Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural? Please advise

Thank you

As per our order, the wood panels supplied (were supposed?) to have cut-out design (what do you mean? carved decorations?) but they supplied a plain panel as per the specification provided.

This is confusing. If the material supplied is different from what was ordered, then it is not as per specifications.

The order and the specification are different.

The specifications are part of the order.

The size and design mismatch between order and specification. The items supplied are correct and correspond to the specification.

Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural? Please advise

Thank you

The above is very confusing. One moment you say the items supplied are not correct, but the next moment you say they are correct.
The purpose of the specifications is to describe/set the standard for the items to be delivered as accurately as possible. The items delivered are expected to meet or comply with the specifications before they can be accepted.

Thank you for your kind help on this.

Yes, you are right.

In our case, we have two documents (purchase order and specification document) for the item needs to be ordered

The purchase order has to be made based on the specification, but unfortunately the purchase order is different from the specifications. However, the supplier had followed the earlier communication and specification forwarded.

Please check confirm if the sentences below are grammatically correct and natural.

The size and design mismatch between order and specification. The items supplied are correct and correspond to the specification, not to the order.

The purchase order has to be made based on the specifications, but unfortunately, the purchase order [STRIKE]is [/STRIKE] was different from the specifications. However, the supplier had followed the earlier communication and specifications forwarded.

So, it was the fault of your company in not giving your supplier the correct specifications. Your supplier had followed the specifications given to them earlier.

Please check confirm if the sentences below are grammatically correct and natural.

As per our order, the wood panels supplied were supposed to have carved decorations but [STRIKE]they[/STRIKE] the vendor supplied a plain panel as per the previous specification provided.

The size and design [STRIKE]mismatch between order and [/STRIKE] do not follow the specifications given with the lates
t order. The items supplied are correct and [STRIKE]correspond to [/STRIKE] complies with the previous specifications, but not[STRIKE] to[/STRIKE] with the order.
I find the situation unusual. How could the vendor have ignored the specifications that was given with the current order but followed the old specifications instead. If there was a change, they should have informed the client or risked having the goods rejected. And you, as the client, do not mind accepting something that is different from what you ordered.

Note that "specifications" for the purpose of describing the material and workmanship of a product to be bought is usually plural.

We normally say that a product "complies with/is in accordance with/follows (not correspond to) specifications".
