3. Ever month we are assessing the provision and adjusting where necessary

Can we use the present continuous tense for actions completed regularly?

Are the 3 sentences above grammatically correct?

Yes, the present continuous tense is used to express a longer action, spread over a period of time, not necessarily non-stop, which is currently in progress.

The three verb forms are grammatically possible, but they suggest that the duration of the on-going activity is limited. If it is likely that the activities will continue well into the foreseeable future, the unmarked tense/present simple would be more natural.

Yes, the present continuous tense is used to express a longer action, spread iver a period of time, not necessarily non-stop, which is currently in progress.

That suggests to me that the checking, posting and assessing are occurring at the moment of speaking/writing. This is not necessarily the case. The actual action is not necessarily long.
