[Grammar] ɒ/, /ɑ:/ and /ɔː/ in AmE

Is this true that AE doesn't have /ɒ/, /ɑ:/ and /ɔː/?

Because once a native English speaker told me that AE doesn't have /ɒ/, /ɑ:/ and /ɔː/.

That's why I'm asking you this to make sure if what she said was right.

Any guidance?
