    What does "problempage" stand for?
    (I have not found it in dictionaries)

    "Problem pages" are probably those columns in magazines or newspapers to which people can write with a problem of some kind, seeking an answer.

    ... also, if I saw it written as one word (which I would regard as a mistake, although I admit that it may happen sometimes) I would imagine that it was being used adjectivally:
