This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

Water supply to our building is scheduled to be suspended on Friday so I've bought some bottle water. I've decided to continue to buy bottle water regularly because the tap water has tasted strange lately. It's full of rusty taste. I don't know if my neighbours have the same problem. Maybe it's my kettle or hose's problems.

Do you know what a hose is? It is the flexible rubber/plastic tube used in the garden to water plants. The water you use in the house comes from pipes concealed in the walls.
You bought bottled water. The tap water has a strong rusty taste/has been tasting of rust.
Put a comma after Friday.
The problem could have been due to rust in the kettle or water pipes.

The pipes are not necessarily concealed in older houses.

I would say all pipes are concealed when houses were originally built, at least in recent times, with very few exceptions. New piping re-installed in old houses could be run exposed as it is difficult to conceal them in old buildings, especially those with masonry walls.

Yes, "suspended" is used with people, work, services, but not utility supply.

ems, why is strong changed to strangely?

emsr2d2, why [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] did you change strong [STRIKE]changed[/STRIKE] to strangely?

I didn't. The word "strong" didn't appear in the original.

What did you change strong to strangely?

I don't think the first is wrong.
