"Being in nature", "make BBQ", "admire/enjoy the landscape"

Could you check this passage, please?
Do native speakers say "being in nature", "make BBQ" "make crowns with flowers" instead of "flower crowns" and "admire/enjoy the greatest landscape"?

"We often go on a picnic. We enjoy being in nature. My brothers make BBQ, my sisters make crowns with flowers and after dinner we sit together and enjoy/admire the greatest landscape."
