Are these three sentences the same?

1. I don't believe in ghosts, and I don't believe in shamans.
2. I don't believe in ghosts, nor do I believe in shamans.
3. I believe in neither ghosts nor shamans.

I don't see any difference in meaning if that's what you mean.

Are they the same? No. Of course not. They each use different words and constructions. Do they mean the same? Basically, yes.
