Title : How to change invisible things.
Seemingly/Apparently, we seem to behave correctly and are nice, but our inner mind may be too depressed/gloomy to think positively.
To solve this problem, we sometimes should take off that particular mental mask, a social disguise.

Please correct the mistakes.

I would say "behave appropriately".
How about "outwardly" at the beginning? I think it matches"inner self" better.

Are you talking about behaviour or how we come across to others? Also, repetition of "seem"/"apparently" is awkward. Try, for example:
"We may appear/look happy and contented".

Yes, how we come across to others.

Then use what I suggested above.
