    Formal/business correspondence

    In a formal reply to say a customer with a query, is it OK to start with a sentence like -

    As per your query, we would like to inform you, that.....
    or
    With regards to your query, we would like to inform you, that.....
    or
    With reference to your query, we would like to inform you, that.....

    Actually, all three of your examples are technically correct, although "as per your" is usually used with a specific agreement, such as a purchase order, rather than an inquiry. I hereby add yet another choice:

    Regarding your query, we would like to inform you...
