    Question reading numbers

How do you read the number: the Boeing 747? Is it seven-four-seven? or seven forty seven? or both are correct?
    Thanks

    Hi
    .
"Boeing seven forty-seven" is the usual way to say "Boeing 747".

    Re: reading numbers

There is another thread on exactly this subject. Americans say "seven forty-seven", the British say "seven four seven".
