    Framing plans

    I would be grateful if you could help me to correct the following letter.

    Dear Developer/ client

    As some decoration / modification work inside the flat, as fitted framing plan of building have not yet been handed over to us uo to now. We would be grateful if you could help us to settle above issue in order to mitigate illegal decoration work and facilitiate our management.

    Sorry, but I canīt understand what you mean in the sentences in orange..can you try to rephrase that?

    Unfortunately, it is not at all clear to me what you are trying to say there. Could you put it more simply, perhaps using two or more sentences?

    That is okay up to "mitigate illegal decoration work and facilitiate our management". I am not at all sure what that means.
