Dear Teachers:

I have been answering an e-mail and instead of saying "sorry" I said "My apologize". Latter I entered in doubt and tried to disambiguate my mind. I found that apologize is a verb and the noun is apology, so it seems to me that I should have written "My apology" instead.

What do you think about this topic?

Hector.

My apologies...My apologize does not work at all..I apologise would work, though

You probably heard "my apologies" and took it to be "my apologize".
We use both "my apology" and "my apologies". There is no real difference.
