    juices

Fruit juices are useful for the children's growth. Juice in uncountable why do we add "s" to it here?

Many of the words that are taught as non-count nouns also have a countable use.

We don't count parts of a quantity of orange juice as we count peanuts, but there are different juices (different kinds of juice).
