    I prefer to work in water color

    If in is used correctly in sentenc or should it be with

    I think both can be use. 'In' is when youare thinking more about the canvas and 'with' when thinking about the physical paints, IMO.

    With regards to the Arts, use 'in' for medium (I work in watercolor) and use 'with' for tools (I work with sable brushes).
