"Holla" probably stands for the pronunciation of "holler" that some people use. Exactly what it means in your sentence is anybody's guess.

    Dear Mike,

Thank you for your quick reply!
The phrase, "I holla your love", was used at the last line of a mail where we usually write something like, "Best wishes". So, does it sort of mean "I love you, too"?

To clarify: holler = shout. So in that context it means 'I make a public statement that I love you'.

I would expect that to be "I holla my love" not "I holla your love". Do you use this phrase in your idiolect?

No - you're right, my is more likely in any speech I've heard. But some lyric writers aren't too choosy.

I don't think we did a great job, but at least we tried.
