The paragraph shows us why the American teacher leaves the teaching.

First on of the reason so no posts on the area it have 40% for female and 15 for male, another reason is the poor salaries which 35 of male and 30 of female leaved the teaching from this reason, also 30 of male and 20 of female leave teaching because of changing career, and 25 of male and 23 of female have a problem with their college, another reason took 36 of male and 30 of female leave teaching because of the bad pupil behavior, the main reason for leaving this work for female is to stay at home with her family and children which take 34 but the main reason to leave teaching for the male is the poor salaries which took35 and the main reason for the both is again the poor salaries ,so they have to look again through this problem.

Finally, I think that the female are leaving teaching more than the male.

Frankly, what you wrote made no sense whatsoever. It would be better to write a single sentence, numbered, for each point you identify. Also, you have omitted the "per cent" aftrer the numbers, which also makes a nonsense.

    so :
    1. The highest percentage of teachers leaving the profession, 42% of women teachers, is because there is no post for them in their home area, while 34 % elected to stay at home to care for their children.
    2. On the other hand, more men left the profession because of : (32%) bad pupil behaviour, (37%) poor salary, (31%) problems with colleagues, and (31%) a change of career.

    and so on
