Education is known as the process of teaching and learning, usually at school, collage or university. These institutions do more than train childrenīs minds. They also help to nurture their souls by reinforcing the values they learn at home and in their communities. The challenge to put into practice a deep change in the educational sector has determined a series of strategies tending to guarantee effective results. This includes fortyfing the union between teachers, students and parents.
Let us begin by looking at the relationship between the teacher and the student. The truth is each trainer is unique-in temperament, style and also in interests. Although there are some differences like strict teachers and casual ones, they will be educating students as a primary aim. So, thereīs no one way the relationship should be. It is hard for parents not to rush to judgment in favor of their children when they feel that they are unfairly treated. Tough they may feel this, parents are also aware of which are the profits for they sons and daughters and that there is no Benefit in their child being success full in avoiding reasonable request and expectations in the classrooms. It has been proved that thereīs no formula but communcation and good manners to make things work as parents are the only ones who really know their children.
This brings us to the question of how parents relate with their sons and daughters at home. Mom and Dad are partner with educators and administrators and shall be encouraged to actively participate in creating and implemeting educational programs for their children. Never have we seen a parent-child realtionship without disagreements and find a solution is difficult. This wont change in the forseeable future even though evidence shows that when students are nos satisfy, they shall contact their parents in order to request a conference with the principal. On the one hand, nobody likes a pushy parent but on the other hand no one has more genuine interest in their child success than parents.
To conclude, it seems likely that parents, students, and teachers work together in creating school-wide rules and disciplinary policies to resolve concerns about school climate. Engaging all of the children in the rule-setting process helped them take ownership of the rules. Engaging all of the adults emhapsized for the children the significance of their work. Together they are creating a calmer, happier place of learning.
As far as Im concened, educations is a joint task of parents and educators in which al must go to one. This is about confidence. The tutor trusted the educator completely. Often child put parents on an approval to establish the limits that must follow in its daily behaviour: what it can and can not be done. This is about children trying to know to where parentīs permissivity arrives. Thats why fluent communication should be practice at home so parents can provide with information to teachers and, last but not least, assure the teacher that she has all the support and cooperation. Not only would the student be helped but also would teachers be encouraged to do that prestigious job avoiding the emigration towards other proffesions, which are better paid and less stressing than education, a common situation in our country.
