    I tend to use "Regards" too.

    Are the rules for email different from elsewhere? Generally, I would say that email is a very much less formal medium than any other.

    What do you think?
    I'm not a teacher, so please consider any advice I give in that context.

    Formal email is an alien concept to me. :wink:

    Anyhow, I agree with Red. I tend to use no signature or just R.
