    Red face caving into pressure

    As far as I know, caving into pressure means only acting because of the large number of complaints recieved

    • The management change the decision at the last minute by caving into pressure from the general public.
    Is the above sentence OK?

    The management caved in to pressure from the general public and changed the decision.
