Are these biological sentences sounded correct?

Please tell me, Are these biological sentences sounded correct? Thank you!

We have established 2 stationary experiments to study different environmental factors for the estimation of nematodes role in distribution of viral and mycotic diseases- 1.tracheomycosis (the biostation of Rostov on Don state university) and 2. experiment for the estimation of nematodes role in distribution of viral and root rots excitants under conditions of open air field on grain cultures in the Taldom area of Moscow region and under conditions of framed area on tomatoes and cucumbers in «Moskovsky» agricultural company.
Also we have established 2 laboratory and 2 field experiments to estimate general and biological effectivity of using antagonistic bacteria. We have created theoretic immitation model of distribution of viral epiphytotics by using the study by Mant and other authors.
We continued to study affects of different environmental factors on geographical and time distribution of these pathogens, the results of our study have presented in 5 thesises and 10 reports on 4 scientific conference including 2 international conferences.
How it was in previous years, the main excitants that affect root system of vegetables were genera Fusarium and Pythium (Micromicetes) and nematodes, above-ground part was affected by virus infection.

We have established 2 stationary experiments to study different environmental factors for the estimation of nematodes' role in the [OR distributing without "of")] distribution of viral and mycotic diseases: 1.tracheomycosis (the biostation of Rostov on Don State University) and 2. experiment for the estimation of nematodes' role in the [OR distributing without "of")] role in distribution of viral and root rots excitants under conditions of open air field on grain cultures in the Taldom area of the Moscow region and under conditions of framed area [are these "greenhouses" or "glasshouses] on tomatoes and cucumbers in [ is this on behalf of or on the premises of?]«Moskovsky» agricultural company.
Also we have established 2 laboratory and 2 field experiments to estimate the general and biological effectivity [?? effectiveness] of using antagonistic bacteria. We have created theoretic imitation model [is this one model or many models? if one, you need "a" in front] of distribution of viral epiphytotics by using the study by Mant and other authors.
We continued to study affects [affects or the effects?] of different environmental factors on geographical and time distribution of these pathogens. The results of our study have been presented in 5 theses [thesis (s.),theses (pl.)] and 10 reports at 4 scientific conferences, including 2 international conferences.
How it was in previous years,[makes no sense - Rephrase ? > It was shown that ] the main excitants that affect root systems of vegetables were the genera Fusarium and Pythium (Micromicetes) and nematodes, [while/but/whereas the] above-ground part [would be better expressed as "foliage"] was affected by virus infection.

As a general rule, any number below 10 should be spelled out - one, two, three./... [Not, of course, those that you are using to number points]
