    return address for an MD for personal use

    return address from an M.D. personal usage, not office
    i.e.
    john, doe, m.d.
    mrs jane doe
    555 main st
    anycity usa 55555
    is this correct?

    If it's a personal return address, it would be more proper to say:

    Dr. and Mrs. John Doe
    555 Main St
    (etc)

    --OR--

    Dr. John Doe and Mrs. Jane Doe
    555 Main St


    Dr. John would only use "John Doe, MD" on official documents (such as his letterhead) or as his signature.
