    Just one word!

I neeeeeeeeeeeed just one word that I cann't find in any dictionary..... How do you say the title that you obtain when you finish your secondary school -or highschool. Here in Argentina where I come from, we say something like "bachelor", but that fits better for your University degree than for a highschool one, right?. It would be: "_________(that word) on Management and Administration". Sounds that good?.
And then, how can I say "diploms obtained", but I'm not sure if the word "diplom" has such a wide meaning that it also covers the secondary diplom.... Am I being clear?

I think it's a CSE - Certificate of Secondary Education.

Is the word 'baccalaureate'? We have it in Europe, but it refers to specific courses available. However, if that's the term used in Argentina, then I think you can use it.
