    before I thought that after there is we should use something singular.but in a film I Heard" there is too many of them" Is that true how?

    Usually, if you contract the two words like this, there's, then, yes, it's heard in spoken English.

    Ex: There's 4 cats on your roof. <spoken>
    Ex: There is 4 cats on your roof. <ungrammatical>
    Ex: There are 4 cats on your roof. <grammatical>
