    Hi
If you look forward to something it means that you expect something in the future with excitement and pleasure.
Anyway, this sentence sounds odd to me due to the word" hills'

Your sentence is not correct. Better say "I am looking forward to going to the hills". You can look forward to doing something when you are very eager to do it.
