    "no one can ever use his name in vein and be seet free NO."

    What does "be seet free NO" mean here ?

    First of all it is name in vane not vein, the vein that you posted is the homophone of vane, they have two different meanings. It is also set free, you asked what is the meaning to be set free in this sentence. This is part of a biblical verse and they are referring to using God's name in vane or as a profanity. It means that if you do that you will not be freed of your sins, basically costing you eternal salvation.

    "name in vain" - a "vane" is part of a wind or water-moved object to control its direction.
