    My question is, can I omit one in the sentence?

    It'll be better to avoid using "that" in your sentence. It could be worse than the one you thought of.

    When you use the same word more than once in the sentence it's unusual.Though these words have different meaning in your sentence it's rather difficult to understand what you mean.
